Overall the device was in great condition even for it being described as "good". There were a couple of really minor scratches that you would really need to inspect closely to even notice they exist, so it was great for the price that I got it at. What I didn't like though, was that the internal screen protector was removed at some point during the refurbishing or perhaps the previous owner did it. It's what you get for the price I guess, but what I would have liked is a small note warning me about it, then I can decide whether I care or not to get a protector.

Phone came in excellent condition - as promised! i was a little nervous about getting a refurbished foldable, but as soon as i got my hands on it i realized i was worried over nothing. The delivery time was also impressively quick :)

C'est le meilleur smartphone de tout les temps, il y pas mieux en matière de technologie sauf les photos ou ils auraient pus faire u e effort au prix du téléphone mais à pars ça je recommande vivement🤣

Des craintes quand on ne connaît pas un site, pour l'instant tout est OK. Très content de mon achat, je pense que je renouvellerai mon expérience. J 'espère maintenant que je n'aurai pas de mauvaise surprise quand à la reprise de mon ancien appareil, comme avec Samsung. C'est pour cela que je n'ai pas renouvelé mon achat avec eux.

initially I was concerned about the long delivery estimate so I started to look at the reviews on the seller. there were some real horror stories and got buyers remorse before I even received the phone. I got an update regarding delivery which was 2 days earlier than indicated and it arrived within the 1hr time slot as advised. Nervous to even open the box, the phone, a 512gb Fold 5 was inside and even though it was in "fair" condition, for me, externally it was better. a few little chips on the black frame, it wasn't a biggie as I'll add to those in a few weeks. I powered it up, 1% battery life so I put it on charge and it slowly charged. Anxiously I checked the storage capacity and it was 512gb as ordered. The inner screen is immaculate, outer screen has a few swirl marks but that's normal for a used phone. Overall I'm pleasantly surprised and happy with the service from Backmarket and 4Gadgets and would consider another purchase from them.
