Dan maar via deze weg, Na meerdere telefoons besteld te hebben en allen zonder problemen en met tevredenheid, heb ik nu een telefoon ontvangen die is aangemeld op een bedrijfsaccount van iemand anders, ( een bedrijfsaccount of zo, ) en telkens na dat we onze gegevens hebben ingegeven, worden alle gegevens na 1,5 uur gereset door de vorige bedrijfsaccount van het vorige bedrijf, en moeten we telkens weer opnieuw alle gegevens opnieuw installeren waarna ze na 1,5 uur weer worden gewist, EN doordat we niet gewoon onze vraag kunnen stellen via de hulpdiensten hier bij black market, stel ik mijn vraag maar hier via deze weg in de hoop een oplossing te krijgen en te vinden via deze weg...😥😡

Téléphone robuste, batterie qui tiens toujours 1 journée complète après plusieurs semaines. Je sens qu'il va me tenir encore de nombreuses années. Pour le rapport qualité prix c'est la première fois que je suis content avec 1 téléphone. J'ai eu besoin d'un temps d'adaptation avec sa taille par contre c'est vrai qu'il est grand et assez lourd. Je le recommande les yeux fermés. Sinon, le reconditionnement est bien mais le câble fourni n'est pas le bon.

Das ist mein erstes refurbished Handy, und es ist tatsächlich in einem "sehr guten" Zustand. Es funktioniert einwandfrei, und auch die Akkuleistung ist für mich gut (hält fast 2 Tage bei moderater Nutzung ohne videos und games). Der äußere Zustand ist hervorragend; ich habe keinerlei Kratzer o.ä. entdeckt. Unerwartet gut finde ich, dass bereits eine Displayschutzfolieaufgebracht war und zwar nahezu perfekt (bis auf einen winzigen Lufteinschluss, der nicht stört) - so gut hätte ich das wohl nicht hinbekommen. Sehr kleines Manke: der Anschlussstecker des Netzteils hat einen kleinen Riss, was sich mit einem Streifen Isolierband beheben ließ. Die Abwicklung mit BackMarlket war einwandfrei. Das wird nicht mein letztes refurbished device gewesen sein.

La livraison et le reconditionnement étaient au top, pas une égratignure, mais le produit en lui-même avait de plus en plus de bugs. Actuellement il ne reçoit plus les appels, n'en passe pas toujours, plein de services fonctionne mal et ce malgré un retour en état d'usine.

Phone was in excellent condition, arrived a day earlier than the estimate and communication was very good. My only gripe was that the package was left on my doorstep, rather than put through the letterbox.

Portable arrivé peu de temps après l'estimation de livraison. Fonctionne très bien. J'ai pris une garantie sur 1 an, j'espère ne pas avoir besoin de m'en servir mais en attendant, je ne peux rien dire concernant la qualité de ce service.

This was a direct replacement phone for the same model, as the older model was getting slow. However, nothing changed, it was just as sluggish as the old unit. The product was well packaged and clean throughout. I would buy again from BackMarket. Great service.

As with my previous purchase, the phone is fine. The only quibble was that the cable wasn't correct for the phone. It was a C type and was the same at both ends, by which I mean that it was the small C type at both ends, the same as would fit into other phones. The phone was for my son and fortunately the cable for his previous phone fitted so he could charge.
