The performance of this product met my expectations after purchasing it. However, I ultimately decided to return it because the display size did not meet my requirements. I highly recommend this product for individuals between the ages of 12 and 15. Furthermore, the return process was remarkably efficient and hassle-free.

Ordered a "good" condition laptop for my mother who's over 60 as a birthday gift (she's always used Windows laptops so for her it was an exciting change up). It arrived in excellent condition with just a minor mark thst was barely noticeable. Shipping was fast, packaging was robust, and I discovered a dust cover was between the laptop when I opened it up which was a nice touch. It runs great and my mom loves it. 5/5 would buy from this seller again.

Whilst I knew not to have high expectations of the laptop considering it’s a used product, I thought selecting Excellent would at least mean that there wouldn’t be any noticeable exterior damages (although small). But the laptop is working as it should, so that should count.

Tiene un par de rasguños en la parte de atrás pero al final es un producto catalogado como “fair”, funciona perfectamente y aunque sea del 2015 todavía tiene las últimas actualizaciones. Me encanta que sea pequeño y fino, necesitaba un portátil barato con urgencia y recomiendo al 100%
