Refurbished Dell 2 in 1 hybrid PC kopen

This was a completely worthwhile purchase. The way it functions and operates, I would not be able to tell that it was refurbished. Additionally, communicating with the Back Market team is very easy and their suppliers are just as cooperative. When they didn't have the original model that I wanted to buy, they tried to contact me repeatedly. 7 times as well as a message on the site. They even tried to contact me outside of their office hours to inform me. So I am impressed and pleased with the service and I have recommended this company to my mother for her next laptop purchase as well!

I was looking to replace my HP laptop with a smaller device that I could also use as a tablet. On paper, the Dell has everything I needed - plenty of RAM and a decent processor. Unfortunately, on arrival, it has a US keyboard, but has been set up with a UK keyboard in Windows 11. I logged a service request and subsequently returned the laptop. It transpired that these laptops are US spec and also refurbished in the US. The supplier had no equivalent laptops with a UK keyboard, however, they agreed to send me a set of UK keyboard stickers - I was a bit dubious at first, but when they arrived, they were of professional quality. The laptop is in excellent condition and does everything I want it to and is much faster than the newer HP I replaced. I have subsequently purchased a Dell port replicator and a Dell active pen for it. I would recommend Back Market for any future purchases.

Der Laptop ist klasse 1a wirklich 2 st aufladen und über 10st kann man mit arbeiten 2 in 1 feier ich auch das war nicht gut sondern der zustand war sehr gut Ich hatte schon meine Zweifel durch den einen der bewertet hat aber meine Bestellung war auch über gls und es ist 2 tage früher angekommen ich war zuhause der typ hat geklingelt war aber Zufaul um hoch zulaufen Aber sonst der Support bei backmarket echt klasse und der Laptop wirklich top um online zuarbeiten man kann sogar sein Handy verbinden echt gute arbeit danke euch und schönen Feierabend

La livraison s'est déroulée sans problème et dans les délais. L'ordinateur portable est arrivé dans des conditions presque parfaites, comme il était annoncé. L'offre était encore meilleure qu'annoncée - 16Go de RAM au lieu de 8Go comme annoncée et un écran 4K brillant au lieu de 1080p comme annoncée. Une bonne machine dans l'ensemble après 1,5 semaine d'utilisation. Cependant, je vais le retourner à cause d'un problème majeur et plus ou moin personel : l'écran 4K est brillant/glossy (anti-reflection) et non mat/matte (anti-glare). Les couleurs sont belles et vives, mais je l'ai acheté pour travailler principalement sur l'édition et la lecture de texte (et pas seulement montage vidéo). La lecture sur un écran brillant me cause une grande fatigue des yeux et des maux de tête, ce qui est très dommage car l'ordinateur portable est bon par ailleurs. Je recommande à backmarket de mettre à jour la description de ce dell pour inclure plus de détails sur l'écran (4k glossy/anti-reflective). (PS : il y avait d'autres problèmes comme le clignotement de l'écran [automatic screen brightness adaptation] et le décalage des performances, mais ils ont été résolus par les configurations de softw...

The purchase was fine. The laptop itself... On a totally unexpected plus side is a touch screen, I wouldn't have discovered this if I hadn't tried to swipe away a bit of dust. But it's not as reliable a machine as my other computers, I feel there's some instability in Windows, the laptop will or will not go to sleep, will or will not find its cellular or wifi adaptor on waking up. It feels like 16Gb is not an adequate amount of memory as having a dozen tabs open in Chrome, plus two desktop messengers sometime bring the machine to the brink of death. I can't argue with the price tag on Backmarket, but wonder who'd pay the full 700-800 hundred for this very middle-range laptop.

Envoi rapide et procédure claire. Cependant, des rayures quand même très visible pour un appareil "en très bon état", sous l'ordinateur, l'habillage "baille" un peu... Et une autonomie de batterie qui laisse à désirer.

No hace ni tres años que adquirí este portátil y ya se le quemado la pantalla. Sería importante saber qué piezas se han reacondicionado de los productos en venta. Que a menos de cumplir 3 años desde que lo compré se haya quemado la pantalla significa que no sé si he acertado comprando en backmarket.
