    I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 256GB WiFi + 5G. The tablet itself works, but the original S Pen was missing from the box. This was very disappointing, because this model is normally associated with the S Pen, and the product presentation created the expectation that it would be included. The tablet was also intended as a gift, so the situation was even more inconvenient. I contacted Back Market support and asked for a practical solution: either to send the compatible original S Pen or to provide partial compensation. Unfortunately, they refused and only offered a 5% discount code for a future purchase, which does not solve the issue with this order. Returning the device was not a realistic option anymore, because it had already been fully configured, updated, transferred with personal data and prepared as a gift. Overall, I am disappointed with how this was handled. The device is usable, but the missing accessory and the lack of a fair solution made the experience much worse.

    Apparaat ziet er heel goed uit. Lijkt als nieuw, dus op eerste gezicht heel tevreden! Totdat ik gebeld werd en de speaker niet goed blijkt te zijn Stemmen klinken heel blikkerig scherp en vervormd.

    Het apparaat doet het goed en ziet er goed uit maar de batterij die "heel goed" zou zijn is niet heel goed maar net zo slecht als mijn galaxy x cover 5 die ik nieuw kocht en na 3,5 jaar ook een slechtere batterij had. maar deze batterij is net zo slecht als die telefoon al dan wel niet slechter. Ik zou geen 2e kans meer kopen gezien de batterij al na een halve dag moet opladen, ik had voor een paar euro meer beter een nieuw toestel kunnen kopen met een nieuwe batterij. Ik beveel dit niet aan.
