    Pas évident de comprendre ce qu'il y a exactement dans l'offre (le clavier, le stylet, les programmes d'office) mais après avoir récolté les infos un peu partout, le produit est correct. Par contre, pas évident d'obtenir la facture liée à l'achat :/

    Recibí el producto en el plazo indicado pero era defectuoso. Lo devolví al vendedor para que lo reparara y, al no poder hacerlo, se comprometió a enviar otro equipo del mismo modelo, un equipo que nunca llegó: según el transportista el vendedor no se lo entregó, según el vendedor fue enviado y recibido, y yo me quedo sin equipo, sin dinero y con unos trámites a seguir que ni la administración general del estado. A todo esto, resulta verdaderamente difícil contactar con BackMarket para solicitar su apoyo. Con esta experiencia no volveré a comprar nada aquí

    Produit dans un etat de présentation normal et acceptable, par contre deux problèmes : le clavier est un QWERTY et impossible de commuter le paramètrage microsoft pour le passer en QWERTY il reste bloqué en AZERTY ce qui rend la frappe clavier très difficile impossible de reconnaitre via le Bluetooth la souris microsoft Surface à priori compatible

    So far so good! The laptop was on when it arrived which confused me a little, but everything worked out alright! The condition is great, they even went through the trouble of putting little stickers on the keyboard to make it the appropriate one for my location, and so far the laptop is working well. One trackpad function didn't work at first, but started working after a restart - I guess an update was necessary. All in all, very happy with it so far! Glad to get a high quality computer without having to contribute to global warming through unnecessary production of stuff!
