    Es mi segunda compra en Back Market, y sigo estando muy satisfecho. El producto se entrega en tiempo y forma, siempre un seguimiento exhaustivo. Todo perfectamente ordenado y claro en tu perfil de cliente. La calidad es perfecta. No se ve absolutamente ningún desperfecto por ningún sitio. El rendimiento perfecto ( además es muy silencioso. No se como disipará el calor del micro en un espacio tan reducido ). La única pega : el sistema operativo viene en francés, y tienes que cambiar y configurar todo al español.

    Ich habe noch nie ein so sicher verpacktes Elektrogerät erhalten. Respekt! Ganz ganz toll. Versand ging auch recht fix und mit dem Produkt bin ich zufrieden. Es dient bei mir als Kassen-Tablet für die Boutique.

    La spedizione è stata fatta con il tracking e quindi mi è stato possibile seguire la consegna in tutti i suoi step, cosa super apprezzata! Il tablet è arrivato e funziona perfettamente! Ho avuto un problema con il caricabatterie del dispositivo e non appena contattata l'assistenza, me ne hanno mandato immediatamente un altro, quindi anche l'esperienza con l'assistenza clienti positiva :)

    El producto es muy correcto, acorde a las especificaciones, pero la preparación del producto es muy mejorable: 1.- Gran cantidad de actualizaciones pendientes que hacían que hardware elemental como el audio o el bluetooth no se detectaran correctamente. 2.- Tampoco estaba instalado el software para el funcionamiento de las teclas rápidas, que he tenido que buscar y descargar específicamente de la página de HP. 3.- Aunque había pegatinas corrigiendo a teclado español ciertas teclas, toda la línea de símbolos superior correspondiente a las teclas numéricas estaba sin pegatinas y los símbolos no se corresponden con los del teclado español (con lo que he tenido que comprar los vinilos correspondientes). Todo esto, hace que el producto no sea adecuado para todo tipo de clientes que no sepan subsanar y solucionar los problemas. Y para los clientes que sí saben solucionar los problemas, se trata de un trabajo por el que ya habían pagado y que debería estar realizado.

    Perfecto. Tuve problemas con el lápiz y el vendedor lo solucionó muy rápido y bien. Después de unos meses de uso, creo que es la mejor compra que he hecho. Funciona muy rápido, pesa poco, el táctil es perfecto para ahorrar tiempo... No tengo nada malo que decir.

    Zunächst war ich sehr skeptisch, was den Kauf eines gebrauchten Laptops anging, vor allem da mein Laptop "nur" in "gutem" Zustand ist. Aber ich muss sagen, ich bin absolut überzeugt worden. Der nur "gute" Zustand des Geräts ist meiner Meinung nach schon wirklich sehr gut mit ganz normalen Gebrauchsspuren aber keine großen Risse o.ä. Insgesamt Preis-Leistung einfach nur super! Ich habe Backmarket auch schon an viele private Freunde weiterempfohlen und kann jedem anderen auch nur dazu raten, es ist ökonomisch und ökologisch einfach nur sinnvoll! Weiter so!

    I purchase the Surface pro 3 12" based on the information displayed on the website which turned out not to be accurate. What is advertised is a Core i5 2.4 6300U and what I received was a Corei51.9 4300U, definitely a less capable machine. When I talked to the seller he mentioned that "the information on the website was not accurate", and apparently this computer doesn't come with that processor. I purchased the equipment based solely on this difference. As compensation, the seller did refund €40. The power cord is quite used and it will need replacing soon as the cables are already showing. And the equipment makes a funny noise whenever it is left alone for around 10 minutes and before it goes into hibernation. Aside from that, the equipment arrived in good order, well packed and in the expected time. based on the above, i am not too sure i will choose to buy in backmarket again in the future
