Bezorging was snel en ik werd goed op de hoogte gehouden, de oortjes zelf vond ik niet hele goeie kwaliteit… geen goeie Bas en gaan snel leeg wat ook logisch is voor dat geld maar ik denk dat ik toch liever spaar voor echte AirPods.

Airpods are working fine. Good sounds. Shipment wasn’t very good. Got my airpods in a small bag without protection or what so ever.

I ordered the Galaxy S9 on thursday evening with an estimated shipment of 3 workdays. It actually arrived on monday 11:08 am (From France, Paris to the Netherlands). So 5/5 For delivery. Once arrived the cardboard box was mildly damaged, but the phone box and the phone was fine. (DHL doesn't give a damn so thank you for properly packaging the box). Once arrived I open the box to find a non damaged phone. Can't find a single scratch. I ordered it in 'as new' condition so that was correct. As usual you have to first fully charge a new device so I did. I found that the battery was dead (4%), which is quite bad. For long storage you want around 40% or short term around 60%. It seems they don't charge their refurbished phones which is bad for the batteries. 4/5 As for the contents: Phone, sim pin, adapter, cable (1m). As stated on the website: To counter electronic waste they don't ship the package with earbuds. To me that seems like a cheap way of saving on the contents. I always use the earbuds that come with it, so it's a bit of shame there is none. The cable is from 'Lt plus' a brand I've never heard of. The adapter is brandless (made in China). Seems they cheaped out on the cable and adapter by not delivering official samsung cables/adapters. I sure hope it won't damage my phone as my previous phone got damaged because of a defective adapter. 3/5 Price: 4/5 Bit expensive for what you get especially since they cheaped out on accesoires. BUT you do get 3 years of warranty. Customer support: ? No experience yet so I can't say. Overall score: 4/5 I wish they had earbuds and official adapter/cables. Also PLEASE charge your refurbished phones to 40/60% charge for storage! Don't let the batteries die as they are not replaceable without compromising the water tightness of the phone.

Snel bezorgd en het product perfect in orde.

Ik had de Iphone 11 rood gekocht en dan “zeer goed” Nul ja echt NUL schrammetjes zowel op het scherm als op de achterkant. Ik had geselecteerd “4 dagen” en kreeg hem zelfs 2 dagen eerder! En hij was ook heel net ingepakt het voelde net alsof ik de nieuwe Iphone 11 box aan het openen was Dus ik vind het een top kwaliteit winkel 5 ster!

Product geleverd blijkt geen Dual Sim te zijn, maar een Single Sim. Dit is interessant, want op alle Nederlandse websites staat dat alle S10's Dual Sim zijn. Wat blijkt: "The Galaxy S10 sold in the U.S. is a single SIM model." Toestel gaat dus ongebruikt terug.

De telefoon kwam eerder geleverd dan gedacht! Aan de telefoon zelf is hij in goede staat. Aan de buitenkant lijkt hij gewoon nieuw, geen breuken of krassen. Alleen aan de software staat het ingelogd als een wit apperaat maar het is een zwarte. Hierbij als ik het opstart is het scherm wit ipv zwart. Dat is het enige wat bij een beetje lastig valt maar voor de rest is het in een perfecte staat! Ik zou hier nog wel een telefoon van kopen want het is een mooi prijsje!

Service prima. Snel bezorgd. Het product voldoet prima. Het is alleen niet helemaal het product dat ik besteld heb. Ik heb de blauwe versie niet ontvangen, maar de zwarte. Dit vind ik niet zo erg, anders had ik hem wel teruggestuurd, maar voor sommige mensen zou dit een reden kunnen zijn om toch ergens anders een mobiel te kopen. Ik vind de prijs belangrijker. Ik heb nergens een lagere prijs gezien voor dit toestel.
