I'm very happy with my second hand Asus 4k monitor. There is one thing worth sharing, however: When I first bought it, I didn't realize that the only way to get the full 4k 60Hz performance, is to connect to the monitor's DisplayPort. My laptop only has HDMI out, which means I needed an expensive adapter for the HDMI out, DP in connection. On this monitor's HDMI ports, you can only get 30Hz with 4k, or 60Hz with 1440p. Now that I game on a proper PC, this is no longer an issue.

I have my order shipped back for refund. It was a wrong model delivered to me. According to your policy, I should have received my refund within 7 working days. It's been more than 15 working day, not only do you not able to find the parcel which is sent back to you with track and trace., I also have no way of filing for refund. I was asked to ask for false reporting to local police as a theft crime. This is totally illegal advise. Terrible customer service, slow in response, irresponsible advice that puts customer at risk, and do not provide any assistance other than asking me to wait for internal process, and false investigation. Very BAD BAD website to purchase anything when things went sour@@@ Horrible purchasing experience. Do not ever buy any thing from this website. There's no phone to call anyone, no escalation channel. My frustration can not be addressed, BAD BAD!!! A very very angry, and frustrated customer
