Alles goed behalve de levering was weer eens dramatisch. Niet de schuld van de verzender maar is een algemeen probleem van de gebruikte service.

Prima prijs & kwaliteit. Het (extra) scherm werkt naar behoren en ziet er verder prima uit. Nieuw is niet per sé beter ; -)

Terrible Experience. I Bought a Mac Mini on backmarket. When it arrived the Mac Mini was locked with a password. The language was also in french. Because of the password the computer was useless. When I contacted the seller to ask for the password he told me "There is no password, just press enter". I sent him a picture of the screen showing there definitely was a password. The seller and backmarket ignored me for a week only to tell me again that "there is no password, just press enter". He did not acknowledge the picture (proving there was a password) at all. All I could do was sent the mac back after 2 weeks of waiting. Backmarket tells you they they sell refurbished products, but they don't even turn on their products to check if they can be used. So they probably don't do al the other stuff that comes with a refurbished product. Complete waste of time and resources. The customer service of Backmarket is also terrible. You can only contact them per email. They take forever to respond and when they do, they ignore your questions and just tell you they will contact the seller. I'm not even sure if the person you chat with is a real person and not some A.I. In conclusion: Do not buy something here. If something goes wrong they will not help you at all. The only positive thing of this experience is that I got my money back.

Besteld in Nederland, maar de recepten en boeken zijn in het Frans.. Heb dus een nieuwe knop moeten bestellen. Toebehoren waren vies en vuil. En ik vrees dat de ingebouwde weegschaal stuk is. Bezorging was goed

Mooi toestel, ziet er nieuw uit, alleen jammer dat het toestel in het Frans ingesteld was, dat was een behoorlijk puzzeltje om het naar Nederlands te krijgen aangezien ik geen Frans spreek, schrijf of lees.

Het betrof een nieuw toestel met helaas een Amerikaanse uitvoering dus een aantal app's blijft in het Engels. Hoe kun je dit overigens oplossen? Verder prima service!!

Product was niet als beschreven, kwam een hele andere afstandsbediening bij dan op de afbeelding.
