In het algemeen heel goed, gegevens snel overgezet. Probleem: Ik kan maar tot 80% opladen, dus niet tot 100%.

All good but the pen was not the original and I thought the original would be included with the tablet. Maybe it would be best to mention in the listing that the original pen will not be included. Also: The package was supposed to require a signature to be delivered. I took time off work to be at home only for the person to just leave the package at the entrance.

Galaxy ziet eruit en werkt als een nieuw exemplaar. Ik ben er erg blij mee!

Súper quick, just what i ordered!

Very bad customer service: they are there for you as long as you don't have a problem! At the end of November 2022 I bought an S7 tab for about 700 euros at Backmarket. At the beginning I used the tablet a few times I noticed that now and then a spot appeared on the screen and disappeared as well. Over time the spot got a little bigger and blacker, now about 2X2 cm. Then (November 17 2022) I decided to send the tablet back to Back market for repair. Today (after 2 and half months) I got the Tablet back with damage, not repaired! When asked, Back marten indicates that the damage is not covered by the warranty! I have not had any contact with the supplier myself. I'm stunned and consider taking legal action against Back Market. I bought many goods at the Back Market for thousands of Euro for my company, but will not be going back any more. At the beginning I though that Back Market was a decent and client oriented company with really good client service, I had contact before as well although only for information. However that is as long as you don't have problem. I want to warn anyone who is considering buying stuff from Back market. DO NOT DO IT.
