I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 256GB WiFi + 5G. The tablet itself works, but the original S Pen was missing from the box.
This was very disappointing, because this model is normally associated with the S Pen, and the product presentation created the expectation that it would be included. The tablet was also intended as a gift, so the situation was even more inconvenient.
I contacted Back Market support and asked for a practical solution: either to send the compatible original S Pen or to provide partial compensation. Unfortunately, they refused and only offered a 5% discount code for a future purchase, which does not solve the issue with this order.
Returning the device was not a realistic option anymore, because it had already been fully configured, updated, transferred with personal data and prepared as a gift.
Overall, I am disappointed with how this was handled. The device is usable, but the missing accessory and the lack of a fair solution made the experience much worse.
