    I got an Iphone 11 from Backmarket and was very happy with the idea of a refurbished phone as I’ve been doing for the past years. When I got my phone, it was all as described. Unfortunately, the screen was acting up and not responding properly and acting on its own accord. By then a month passed, so I sent the phone back for repair. It took only a week so it was all quite alright. Something that they should mention to you before you send it for repair though, is that they don’t use original replacement parts!! Next time I will think again before I send it for repair..

    Niet blij met de service zoals geboden!! Koop nooit meer iets via jullie. 245 EUR betaald en de telefoon nu al stuk…. De service problemen van dit toestel staat er niet tussen Vaag en weg gegooid geld. Persoonlijk iemand willen spreken.

    Je suis ravie du Google Pixel 7 pro. C'est la première fois que j'achète du reconditionné et je ne suis pas déçue. La batterie marche nickel et le téléphone est impeccable donc conforme à l'option que j'ai choisi à l'achat.

    É la prima volta che compro un prodotto ricondizionato. Ho comprato un IPhone 12 256g. Eccellente, é arrivato in pochissimo tempo, in anticipo rispetto al previsto, come nuovo, sono rimasto sbalordito, perfetto, senza nemmeno un graffio e ottimo, perfettamente funzionante al 100%.     La verdad que estoy bastante contento con la compra y como en su día me ayudó mucho las opiniones de otros clientes, ahí va la mía. Pedí el iPhone 13 de 128GB en estado excelente por 480€ y todo ha llegado según lo prometido. El teléfono está perfecto, sin apenas uso y la batería al 99%, cosa que es genial. Además, el teléfono no tiene ningún componente externo ni pantalla defectuosa ni nada. Todo hasta este momento va normal, como se promete. Le pondría la máxima puntuación, pero me veo obligado a reflejar el trato recibido por el reacondicionador por medio del plan que ofrecen para recibir algo de dinero por tu antiguo teléfono. Seguí todos los pasos e incluso fotografié el proceso por lo que pudiera ocurrir. Me prometieron 62€ por mi antiguo iPhone XR de 256GB, sin ningún rasguño y la pantalla intacta, pero sin funcionar. Cuando reciben mi teléfono me mandan una foto que da pena la calidad que tiene, mostrándome lo que parece ser un lateral y "la pantalla rota" cosa que cuando yo envié el teléfono no era así, por no hablar de que apenas se percibe nada en la foto que envían. Me daban 20€ por el teléfono, es decir, 42€ menos de lo acordado. Bajo mi punto de vista, no os recomi...

    Ich hatte Glück und habe das iPad von Apple Certified Refurbished, mit Original Verpackung und dazu noch neu versiegelt, bekommen. Keine Kratzer, keine Macken und der Batteriezustand ist hervorragend! Dazu noch eine sehr schnelle Lieferung. Ich wurde echt überzeugt, vor allem wie viel Geld man dabei noch spart:)

    Hab ein markloses iPad bekommen im Refurbished Karton. Ich war mir erst unsicher ob ich wirklich ein gut erhaltenes iPad bekommen, wurde aber positiv überrascht! Kam früher als angegeben und Funktion einwandfrei! Es gab sogar ein Adapter für das Ladekabel dazu, was es so bei Apple Produkten eigentlich nicht mehr gibt.
