Een goede smartphone voor weinig geld. Wel jammer dat de taal van de instelling in het Frans was, heeft even geduurd voordat ik de smartphone echt kon gebruiken, Engels is gemakkelijker en een internationale taal!

Meer dan goed! De staat van het product werd omschreven als "goed". Er waren ook versies "heel goed" en "uitstekend". De gsm die ik ontving zou ik eigenlijk als "uitstekend" hebben omschreven. Geen krasje aan, alles werkt perfect. Ben er superblij mee!

Beste Backmarket dit is een vreemde manier van werken en het lijkt allemaal natte vingerwerk. 1) ik heb alle retour gestuurd. 2) foto van de S pen ook notabene toegestuurd! 3) er is een bedrag van € 77,- niet terug betaald. 4) kosten spen en kabel waren 40 euro. Maar die zijn WEL toegestuurd. 5) 72-40= 32 euro. 6) teruggestort 25 euro. 7) wat is dit voor een manier van handelen??? Graag uitleg en tevens waarom mij kosten in rekening worden gebracht. Dit is geen juiste oplossing en zeker in het geheel NIET een (vaste) klantvriendelijke wijze. Nogmaals, Graag reactie en klacht zal volgen

Buying from MyMobile (reseller on BackMarket) was my worst experience. -Delivery: I ordered the phone on December 29 and it was delivered on January 11. The reason: although the full address is listed on my customer card, it is not on the shipping label. The phone was shipped from France to Belgium and sat in the DPD warehouse for over a week. When I asked MyMobile to call the DPD warehouse, they told me it was impossible, that they had sent them an email, and that I had to call myself. For all this headache, MyMobile, were happy to refund me 10 Eur. -Phone: When I finally received the Samsung S10e, I was very excited. The phone looked brand new, as did the battery. Until 2 days later, when the camera and screenshot were not recording anymore. I restarted the phone, and now the camera and screenshot were recording, but the phone would not detect the Sim card, and would not display any IMEI number. In a 2 week period, I did a couple of cache wipe, hard reset, etc, and finally returned the phone. -Return: BackMarket claims they refund you within two days of delivery. Well, in my case, it took 5 days. Before sending the phone back, I did a factory reset. MyMobile reported that the phone was still connected to my Google account. Then I unlogged the Google account - and despite that, they shared that it was still connected to my Google account. After searching on my own for a while, I discovered that the phone was connected to my Microsoft account (and not Google). If MyMobile had warned me, we would have saved a few days. -Customer Service: customer service was always very responsive and polite. After the phone was refunded, I received a coupon for my next purchase. Talking with a few friends, they all had at least one problem with BackMarket: one received a laptop that never booted, another received an iPhone that didn't work either. Don't get me wrong, I still think BackMarket is a fantastic initiative, which certainly helps to strengthen the circular economy. However, depending on the retailer, the goods will be properly refurbished or not. It's a bit of a gamble - although there is a way to see the rating/feedback from each retailer. If I buy from BackMarket in the future, I'll make sure the reseller (not the merchandise) has a rating above 4.2/5. For now, I have decided to order directly from a reseller where you can see the people doing the work.

De gsm is goed, ziet er nieuw uit maar ik zie wel wat stof binnenin zitten onder het glas bij de

bezorging ging problematisch, beetje eigen schuld maar er werd hierin weinig tot geen hulp of steun vertroont, maar naast een beetje losse camera beschermend glas, maar naast dat functioneerd hij als verwacht en ben ik wel tevreden
