Laptop which I have received does not have English keyboard. I do not have time to return it. Rest of the laptop is great, but the keyboard mistake is really annoying.

The specs claimed it is the 3GB RAM version, but they shipped a 2GB RAM version. The Backmarket really needs to start making sure refurbishers actually ship what they promise. The sticker on the back was pretty hard to remove. For the rest I don't see any worthmentioning problems refurbishing-wise. Regarding the product itself: Big plus is that the battery is easily removable. Downsides are that it does not have a usable notification LED (which I really miss), and that the back is curved, so you cannot type on it when it's on the table because it wiggles all the time. All in all I think this is an OK item but please please please stop shipping something different than promised. Update: unfortunately The Backmarket does not clearly distinguish the part of the review about the product, and about the refurbisher, and puts the review also on items sold by other refurbishers, making it look like the review is applicable to a certain refurbisher while it is not. I also don't know if the problem of shipping a different product is a problem of how The Backmarket itself works (so I don't know if it's something the refurbisher can actually do anything about).
