The laptop is suppose to be a touchscreen but touch screen isn’t working and the finger sensor isn’t working either. They initiated a return and it is frustrating to print in my area and I have a 9-5:30 job I took out time to come to the DHL drop off spot based off the direction that I don’t have to print and on getting here I can’t drop off without the return label barcode printed out . Had to be roaming the mall begging people to print for me which is avoidable cause we pay for quality assurance if only someone had done thorough check I won’t be in this mess. Didn’t get somewhere to print an now I have to go back home with the laptop
